Returns & Refunds Policy

Because of the bespoke & custom nature of photographic products, no returns are accepted. If you are not satisfied with something in your order, please GET IN TOUCH as soon as possible to discuss options for remedy. If after discussion no remedy can be made, the possibility for refund of fees paid may be discussed, and is at the discretion of Rebecca Field of Field House Photography.
