Picture Day Schedules
COACHES: We appreciate your help making our morning run smoothly! Please follow the process below.
- Please have everyone on your team arrive FIVE MINUTES before your schedule time. Punctuality is a must!
- As soon as ALL your team members are present, CHECK IN with the staff at the Check-in tent.
- They will then lead you to the TEAM PHOTO station.
- After this, you’ll go to the INDIVIDUAL PHOTO station.
- Once your team is finished there, everyone is welcome to take BUDDY PICTURES.
- You and your player(s) are welcome to take a Buddy Picture, and you’ll receive a complimentary set of two 5×7 prints of your image with your player’s order. You’ll get a Buddy Picture Card for each coach on your team when you check in – give this to the folks at the Buddy Pictures tent!
- Then, head to your field to prep for your game time!
